RYZR Terms of Service

1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, contact us if you suspect unauthorized access, and do not bypass access controls. Customers outside the United States retain applicable mandatory rights.

2 Educational purpose

RYZR provides self-awareness, education and personal-development tools. We do not provide therapy, clinical care, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment through RYZR. Reports and practitioner observations are educational perspectives, not a complete explanation of you or a guarantee of future behavior. You decide how to use the information. Seek qualified professional help for medical or mental-health concerns; RYZR is not an emergency service.

3 Assessments and reports

Assessment reports depend on your answers and the applicable scoring methodology. We do not guarantee particular insights, personal changes, employment outcomes or other results.

The report lineup is Free Identity Snapshot, Identity Insight Report and Full Identity Blueprint Map. The applicable product page and checkout specify price and included deliverables. There is no separate standalone $27 Identity Blueprint product. Assessment and report editions may change; an update does not automatically change a previously completed result.

4 Purchases and digital access

Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or recurring renewal charge. The product description and checkout identify what you purchase, applicable price, currency, taxes and access terms. Employer-sponsored access may be governed by a separately disclosed program agreement.

Your purchase includes ongoing access to the purchased report, module or course for as long as RYZR offers and maintains that product. No subscription is required. These Terms do not substitute a shorter access period for a previously promised period or remove mandatory rights. Temporary maintenance or security interruptions may affect availability.

If you request that purchased access be ended, the affected content will no longer be available through your account. Ending access is not automatically a refund or a request to delete all information. Account closure, refund and deletion are separate processes.

5 Refunds and required consumer rights

Delivered identity reports and templates are nonrefundable under our standard policy because access to proprietary report content has been provided. Other services are nonrefundable under our standard policy. All sales are final. Reports, modules and courses are nonrefundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

An approved refund removes platform access to the refunded product; unrelated purchases remain available. Copies previously downloaded or received cannot necessarily be technically recalled, but a refunded customer must stop using and distributing the refunded proprietary content to the extent permitted by law.

These policies do not exclude refunds, withdrawal rights, remedies for defective content or unprovided services, or other rights required by applicable law. Proprietary content alone does not remove statutory rights.

6 Sessions and rescheduling

Your Integrated RYZR Experience includes one private integration session with Erica. To arrange your session, submit a request through our Contact form. Erica will follow up by email to coordinate a time.

You may reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before its scheduled start. Contact hello@ryzr.com for scheduling requests.

Any booking deadline, treatment of requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and the effect of a no-show on a prepaid session must be stated in the booking terms before purchase or booking. No undisclosed expiration or forfeiture rule is created by these Terms. If RYZR cancels, you will not be charged a cancellation or no-show fee. We will arrange rescheduling or an appropriate remedy where the purchased service cannot be provided, including any remedy required by law.

7 Private writing and recordings

Private writing, practitioner sharing and session recordings are not part of the services offered under these Terms at launch. If RYZR adds any of them, these Terms will be updated before they begin.

8 Workplace reporting and data insights

Workplace programs, employer reporting, research, and benchmarking are not part of the services offered under these Terms at launch. If RYZR later offers a workplace program, participants will receive a program notice before participation that identifies the recipient, the information shared, the purpose, and any applicable choices. Enrollment in a future program would not, by itself, authorize access to private reflections or private-client history. Assessment findings must not be represented as clinical diagnoses or guaranteed predictors of job performance.

9 Intellectual property and permitted use

RYZR materials, frameworks, course content, report templates, designs and branding are owned by RYZR or its licensors. A personal purchase grants a limited right to use the purchased materials for your personal educational purposes. Organizational use follows the applicable organization agreement. Do not resell, publish, distribute, copy for commercial exploitation, or use proprietary materials to create competing products without permission, except where applicable law allows.

You may use downloads expressly offered for your authorized use. Owning your written responses does not transfer ownership of the RYZR prompts, templates or curriculum. Do not remove ownership notices or represent RYZR materials as your own.

10 Acceptable use and suspension

Do not misuse the platform, harass others, introduce malicious code, scrape protected customer data, bypass security or access another person’s information without authorization. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk or legal obligation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Restrictions do not automatically remove mandatory refund rights or justify deleting unrelated personal content.

11 External resources and availability

Links to podcasts, books, research articles and other external resources lead to independently operated services. Their availability, content and terms may change. Any applicable affiliate relationship should be disclosed where the link appears. We may maintain or update RYZR services, while honoring applicable purchase commitments and consumer rights.

12 Responsibility and disputes

You remain responsible for your decisions and use of educational information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a fixed monetary liability cap.

Arizona law is the proposed governing law, except where mandatory protections in your location require otherwise. This provision does not require a consumer to surrender a legally protected local forum or remedy. Contact hello@ryzr.com to seek resolution of a concern; contacting us does not prevent you from exercising legal rights.

13 Changes and contact

We may update these Terms with an updated effective date and appropriate notice. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be handled consistently with the purchase agreement and applicable law. New sharing or recording uses require the applicable authorization rather than being inferred from an update to these Terms.
