RYZR Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
At launch, RYZR collects what you submit to take a free Identity Snapshot or buy a report, map, module, course, or integration session: contact details, purchase records, assessment responses needed to generate the purchased result, and messages you send us. We also collect technical data such as browser and device data, the analytics data described below, and email open and click records. Accounts, saved profiles, private journals, private-client intake, recordings, workplace reporting, research, and benchmarking are not part of this launch. If we add any of those, this Policy will be updated before they begin.
RYZR LLC (RYZR, we, us or our) provides self-awareness, educational and personal-development services for adults age 18 and older in the United States and internationally. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, assessments, reports and learning tools.
1 Information we collect
Contact information includes your name, email address and information you provide when contacting us. Purchase and service information includes products purchased, payment and refund status, access permissions, appointment details and communications. Payment providers process payment information under their own notices; the information they return to RYZR depends on the payment method and integration.
Assessment information includes answers to the 120-question Behavioral Blueprint, saved progress, completion dates, assessment and scoring versions, calculated identity and related scores, and issued reports.
Technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, access times, requested pages, security events, session identifiers and product interaction metadata. We use a product-analytics service (PostHog) to understand how the site is used. It does not set a cookie or store anything in your browser. Do not include unnecessary identifying details about other people in free-text answers.
2 Where information comes from
We receive information directly from you, from your use of RYZR and from providers supporting payments and service delivery. We generate assessment results and service records through the platform.
3 How we use information
We use information to save assessment progress, calculate and deliver reports, provide purchased content, support appointments, communicate about services, resolve support requests, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We also use appropriate information to operate, secure, and improve the products we currently offer, as described in this Policy. Optional marketing communications have separate choices; service messages may still be necessary.
4 Assessment results
Behavioral Blueprint results are calculated using the standardized scoring methodology. Educational results and nervous-system descriptions are not medical diagnoses or clinical determinations.
5 Private content and practitioner sharing
Private writing, practitioner sharing and private-client services are not part of this launch. If we add any of them, this Policy will be updated before they begin.
6 Data insights research and benchmarking
Research, benchmarking, and publication of assessment findings are not part of this launch. We do not use profile or assessment information for research publication, demographic benchmarking, or case studies. If we later propose a research or benchmarking activity, we will provide any additional notice, consent, or other lawful basis required before that activity begins. Agreement to this Policy or purchase of a service is not permission for a future research purpose. Private reflections and private-client content are not included in any research dataset.
7 Workplace programs and employer reporting
Workplace programs and employer reporting are not offered at launch. We do not provide individual assessment results or aggregate results to a sponsoring organization. If a workplace program is offered later, the program notice will identify the receiving organization, the specific information shared, the purpose, and applicable choices before participation. Employer sponsorship alone would not authorize access to private reflections, personal course writing, private-client intake, caregiver or family-history responses, recordings, or practitioner notes.
8 Session recordings
Session recordings are not part of this launch. If we offer them later, a session will be recorded only if you specifically agree, and this Policy will be updated before recording begins.
9 Providers and other disclosures
RYZR uses providers to support functions such as hosting, data storage, payments, email and service delivery. Providers receive information needed for their authorized functions, subject to the applicable arrangements.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and security, to investigate misuse, with your specific authorization, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable protections. Our use of a provider must not be interpreted as an unrestricted permission to use private customer information for unrelated purposes. External websites and resources have their own privacy practices.
10 Cookies analytics and communications
Essential technologies support security, saved progress and checkout. We use a product-analytics service (PostHog) to understand how the site is used. It does not set a cookie or store anything in your browser. You can use your browser settings; disabling essential technologies may affect service functions. Contact us about tracking choices or applicable opt-out requests.
Messages we send through Resend may record whether a message was opened and which links were clicked. We use those records to understand delivery and for remarketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Transactional and security messages are handled separately.
11 Retention and deletion
We retain personal information for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing requested services, honoring purchases and meeting legal obligations. Retention decisions consider the information’s sensitivity, your requests, operational need, financial record requirements and disputes. Ongoing access to a purchased report, module, or course is not a requirement to keep all personal information forever.
You may request deletion at hello@ryzr.com. We may verify your identity and retain limited records where necessary or legally permitted for financial, security, legal or dispute purposes. Requests may require coordinated removal from service providers and backups, subject to applicable rules. Ending access, receiving a refund and deleting information are separate events.
12 Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain processing. You may also have appeal or complaint rights. Contact hello@ryzr.com to exercise applicable rights. We respond within the time required by applicable law, explain any applicable limitation and do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights. Withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.
Where European or UK data protection law applies, processing must have an applicable legal basis, such as necessity for the requested contract, legal obligations, consent or a legitimate interest supported by the required assessment. Sensitive information requires any additional applicable condition. You may complain to your relevant supervisory authority. A general reference to these bases does not substitute for determining the basis for each activity.
13 International processing and security
RYZR operates from the United States. Providing services internationally may involve transfers to the United States or other locations used by authorized providers. Where required, transfers must use an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards. Contact us for information about relevant recipients and transfer arrangements.
Our product specifications require appropriate authentication, server-side authorization, limited permissions and protections for stored and transmitted information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive assessment answers by ordinary email when an authenticated platform route is available.
14 Age changes and contact
RYZR services are intended for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. We may update this policy and revise its effective date. Material new uses or sharing purposes may require additional notice or consent; posting an update does not automatically authorize those uses.
